If you have an extended warranty with Lowe's Service Advantage, Walmart, Sam's Club, AFES, Best Buy, Amazon, or if your extended warranty is administered through N E W (National Electronics Warranty Co.) you will need your proof of purchase, (Receipt), model and serial number.
