This is where you want to go if you are paying us to repair your unit. If your unit is under factory or extended warranty, please see the documents below.
Factory Warranty
If your unit is under manufacturers warranty you will need your proof of purchase, (Receipt), model and serial number. If you can't find your receipt see, "What do I do if I can't find my receipt?". Click the box below to start the warranty process. (If you have an extended warranty see below).
Extended Warranty
If you have an extended warranty with Lowe's Service Advantage, Walmart, Sam's Club, AFES, Best Buy, Amazon, or if your extended warranty is administered through N E W (National Electronics Warranty Co.) you will need your proof of purchase, (Receipt), model and serial number. If you can't find your receipt see "What do I do if I can't find my receipt?". Click the box below to start the warranty process.
